Texas State German Contest Invitation 2025

You are invited to take part in the 43rd annual Texas State German Contest. Every high school German program with qualifiers from their regional contest are invited to participate.

Registration is due by February 19, 2025. The entry fee is $15.00 per contestant.

The “Early Bird”registration entry fee is $12.00 and the deadline for that is February 14, 2025; this deadline will be strictly followed. “Early Bird” means the registration form must be submitted by 11:59 PM, February 14, 2025.

Please use the Registration Form on this web site. Follow all instructions carefully on the official entry form. Your registration form must be sent to me electronically.  Please do this in a timely manner, so that I will know you are coming and that your check is in the mail.
ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE February 19, 2025.

Each entry fee covers the entrant for as many events as he/she may be qualified for, including both individual and group contests.

Schools that have qualifying groups and/or individuals for the State contest, but decide not to participate in the State Contest, must inform the Director of the Regional contest where their students qualified ON THE DAY OF THE REGIONAL CONTEST. This must also be done on the State Registration Form.

Lists of Qualifiers not attending must be emailed to the Regional Contest Director by or before Feb. 14, 2025!
