Lists of Qualifiers not attending must be emailed to the contest Director by or before Feb. 10, 2012

Registration and "Early Bird" payment deadline is 11:59 PM, February 10, 2012.
To qualify for "Early Bird" rates, your registration form must be submitted by the above date.

Postmark deadline for checks and alpha lists is February 16, 2012.

CONTEST DAY INFORMATION

Teachers please notify your students well in advance regarding the awards ceremony:

ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKS & NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE LBJ AUDITORIUM

(this includes water bottles, gum, and candy, etc.)

Unfortunately, we will have to ask people to leave who don't abide by this policy. Sorry.

  • It is illegal for the same student to use the same piece for prose/poetry memory that he/she uses for prose/poetry reading.
  • Each school must provide an alpha list of students, including the names and authors of poetry, prose, skits, plays, duets and puppet shows.
  • Enter fifth year students in the fourth year categories.
